As a summer associate, you will participate in our Summer Summit, a firmwide gathering of summer associates from across the country to build skills and community, and Connect K&S, our summer travel program that provides you with the option to visit another K&S office and experience our culture of cross-collaboration firsthand.

For the law school graduating class of 2028, offers of employment will be for either a:

1. 1L/2L dual summer associate position for summers 2026 and 2027 in select offices; or
2. 2L summer associate position for summer 2027, only.
