Geoscience Energy Networking Night

Join the KBH Energy Center and the Jackson School of Geosciences for our Geoscience Networking Night. This is a unique opportunity for students to engage with companies and professionals across the energy sector. This networking reception will take place in the Texas Science & Natural History Museum right here on campus! We encourage students from all programs and backgrounds to attend and learn more about the energy industry as a whole!

Midland Trek

Join us for our upcoming energy trek in Midland, TX and immerse yourself in the world of oil and gas! Students will have the opportunity to network with over 150 industry-leading companies based in the Permian Basin, tour offices and facilities, and attend the annual Daniel Energy Partners BBQ Cook Off.

Dallas Energy Finance Trek

Spend two days in Dallas exploring the world of energy finance with company visits, networking opportunities, and career conversations. Students will meet directly with professionals at the intersection of energy and finance, gaining firsthand insight into the industry’s most dynamic career paths. This trek is a valuable opportunity to expand your network and learn how finance powers the energy sector. Applications close on September 28 at Midnight.

Energy-Finance Case Comp Kickoff

This semester-long contest invites teams of three to tackle real-world challenges for a chance to win monetary prizes.
