KBH 6th Annual Symposium: The Energy Transition – Rhetoric or Reality?
Friday, October 15, 2021 | Fairmont Hotel Austin
Approved for 6.25 hours of CLE Credit
Policy and technology have long been used to change the viability of various energy solutions. A four day black out, ongoing fallouts from the pandemic, disputes surrounding post-election policy, and socio-economic upheaval all influence public opinion. Investors in energy are making key decisions regarding capital allocation based on ESG as well as financial assumptions.
The choices to be made and the trade-offs they entail are far less clear than the different energy mix proponents suggest. We will explore existing and emerging business models as we consider technology, policy and economic trade-offs for our collective energy future.
Below are supplemental materials from the panels along with a few recordings captured of the program.
