Panelists:

Jeff Civins, Senior Counsel at @haynesboone, has been practicing environmental law since 1975. He handles regulatory, transactional, and litigation work, and has been an adjunct professor at @utexaslaw for 35 years. Before his law career, he was a chemistry teacher.

Leigh Sebastian, General Counsel at @lowercoloradoriverauthority, supports electric utility, water, and financial services. She manages a team of 15 in-house attorneys and outside counsel, overseeing legal, regulatory, litigation, and @ercot_iso protocols for a diverse energy portfolio.

Travis Wussow, Partner at @jacksonwalker_llp, is a regulatory and governmental affairs lawyer with extensive experience solving complex public policy problems. He’s led teams of strategy leaders in economic and fiscal policy, energy abundance, technology and innovation, and healthcare.
