NESR CEO Internship — Spend 72 Hours With the CEO of a $2BN Company

The NESR “72 Hours with a CEO” Internship is a leadership shadowing opportunity organised in partnership with TEE360 Studio, offering two students the unprecedented opportunity to spend 72 hours shadowing Sherif Foda, CEO of NESR, a $2B Nasdaq-listed oilfield services company operating in the Middle East. The selected students will gain first-hand exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making within the global energy industry, and see how a regional energy giant is led from the C-Suite. This is a unique opportunity that few students will ever have the opportunity to access.

Eligibility Criteria 

Applicants must:

• Be Junior or Senior undergraduate students

• Unlike traditional oil & gas internships, applicants do not need to come from classic petroleum or engineering backgrounds.

Students from fields such as, Economics, Business, Public Policy, etc… will also all be eligible to apply, provided they can demonstrate a clear interest in the energy industry.

What You’ll Do:

As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various legal activities within our organization. You will work closely with our legal team, assisting them in legal research, drafting legal documents, and supporting day-to-day legal operations. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to different areas of law and help you develop essential skills in a professional legal environment. This position is on site in our Corporate office in Houston, Texas.

 


ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:

  • Collaborate with team members to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of departmental activities.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes or project development.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, or other deliverables as assigned.
  • Reviews and analyzes contracts for compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Compiles reports summarizing contract terms and provisions.
  • Maintains files and records, analyzes data, may coordinate preparation of reports.
  • Organizes and maintains records and reports pertaining to master service agreements, parent guaranties, joint venture agreements and other legal matters.
