Suzanne is a member of the Board of Directors for Encana, a natural gas exploration and production company based in Calgary, Canada, London-domiciled drilling contractor Rowan Companies Plc., ArcelorMittal, the world’s largest steel company based in Luxembourg, and Owens Corning, a Fortune 500 building products company based in Toledo, Ohio. Suzanne chairs the Compensation Committee for the Encana Board, the Health Environment and Safety Committee for the Rowan Board, and the Finance Committee for the Owens Corning Board. Suzanne also serves as a faculty member for McKinsey & Company Partner Training.
Suzanne retired in July 2010 as a Director (senior partner) in McKinsey & Company’s Houston Office. Since joining the Firm in 1989, she served clients in energy, logistics, insurance, manufacturing, and professional services industries on a broad range of strategy, corporate finance, business building, portfolio management, operations, organization, and risk management-related issues.
Suzanne chairs the Board of the Houston Zoo and is a Trustee for Texas Children’s Hospital. She is a former board member of the Greater Houston Partnership, the United Way of the Texas Gulf Coast, and the Saint John’s School.
Suzanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tufts University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.
